6. Billing Information
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, starting from the registration date. Users agree to pay the applicable prices at the time of subscription.
For one-time purchases (non-subscription-based), the total amount is charged at the time of the transaction, and no recurring payments will be made unless explicitly stated. Users agree to pay the total price at the time of purchase.
7. Refunds
All sales are final. However, in case we are unable to deliver the product or service paid for due to technical difficulties or other reasons, a refund will be provided upon request.
8. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices, but existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes.
Renewals are automatic, but you can cancel your subscription at any time via your VIP account with no additional fees or delays.
9. Models
The photos and videos on this site are shared freely and publicly by models on the internet. We relay their content for free and provide access to all our sources to promote the models and their networks.

15. Game rules
General provisions
All players are solely responsible for their behavior in the Game, including public and battle chats. Players are responsible for protecting their Accounts from access by others and are strongly encouraged to select a hard-to-guess password and not re-use it on any other sites where it may be read by the owners or administrators of that site. It is highly discouraged for users to share accounts with others. Account sharing/selling is a serious violation of these Rules. BoobyLegends and its owner will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by Account selling or sharing. In the case of an Account that has been lost or hacked, please inform BoobyLegends Support immediately through their website.
BoobyLegends decides whether a violation has occurred using its reasonable discretion and reserves the right to evaluate each incident on a case by case basis. The action that may be taken may be more lenient or more severe depending on the nature and circumstances of the violation.
Fair play / Exploits / Hacks / Multi-account / Market abuse
Any use of automated methods or energy bypass hack, or any behaviour that might be considered unfair to other players (use of bots, use of scripts or any method to bypass the regular cards distribution of the game, use of multiple accounts, trading cards to yourself through mutliple accounts, use of fake accounts to get fake affiliates, use of duplicate accounts participating in guild wars), any exploit, will result in appropriate sanctions at the admins’ discretion, potentially a permanent ban or a suspension of seasonal tournament and guild wars championship rewards.
Players cannot be refunded in any manner for what they have spent on the game.
Prohibitions, restrictions and conditions of use, for all game chats and channels
Excessive profanity and inappropriate language is not welcome. It is suggested to ensure that the censor filter is switched on. The censor filter is not an excuse to break the existing game and chat rules, and excessive profanity will still be sanctioned.
Insults, personal attacks, abuse or harassment are not tolerated on any level.
Derogatory comments based on race, nationality, religion, culture, sex, or sexual preference are prohibited.
Allusion of racial or national supremacy, as well as discriminative propaganda on any level is prohibited.
Spamming or posting nonsensical messages is prohibited in the game.
All types of ads for sale, exchange, or other options for the transfer of accounts from one user to another violate game rules and are prohibited in all game chats and channels.
Distribution of user’s personal information without their consent is prohibited.
Slandering users or posting false information about users in all game chats and channels is prohibited.
Attempting to extort information from users, including information necessary for the use of their account is prohibited.
Discussion on, or linking to illegal activities, such as illicit drugs, is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to the linking of, or discussion on, websites dedicated to vulgar, racist, abusive, illegal, or any other content prohibited by the game rules, or linking to the resources that contain such advertisement or content.
Discussion on, or linking to unreleased content, cheats, hacks, Trojan horses, or malicious programs is prohibited. If you suspect that a cheat or hack exists or have any other problems or concerns on these topics, provide the necessary information to technical support.
Discussion on, advertising of, or linking to websites, in relation to the selling of any game content, cards and Currency is prohibited
Death threats and other threats of violence in real life, directed either against individual users, moderators or administration of the project, are prohibited.
Players names, guild names and profile pictures.
Certain content for names, profile pictures, guild name, have no place within the Game, due to their extremely offensive, annoying or inappropriate nature. The following list is only a summary, but it gives some idea of names, profile pictures, guild names which are not accepted with the Game environment:

That contain profanity, including its abbreviated form.
That contain insults, personal attacks, abuse or harassment.
That contain unprintable words or abbreviations, or which are unattractive and/or unreadable.
Which either in whole or partly contain copyrighted or registered trade mark elements.
Which have (in any way) racist or nationalistic implications which may create offense to a certain nation, ethnic, religious or racial group.
That contain an allusion of racial or national supremacy, as well as discriminative propaganda on any level.
Which contain insults or derogatory comments based on race, nationality, religion, culture, mental stature, sex, or sexual preference.
Which have an association with pedophilia, sexual abuse; or have an offensive connection to the human body or bodily functions.
Which contain nudity or sexually deemed inappropriate.
Which contain excessive gore or violence.
Which make reference to addictive or illegal substances or their use, or any other illegal activities.
That contain logotypes, symbols, emblems or figures connected in one way or another with organizations that violate or violated laws and regulations (for example, different variations of Nazi symbols, abridgments and signs [88, 14, 420, SS], or similar stylizing [such as 55] as well as credentials, names and surnames of Nazi leaders are prohibited);
That contain reference to current mainstream religions that may create offense, i.e. names such as God, Jesus, Allah, etc.
That are connected with negative historical or political personalities, first of all those who are judged by international courts for crimes against humanity, those that generally arouse feelings of suffering or disgust in the majority of people, as well as members of currently existing terrorist organizations.
That refer to social, religious, political, illegal, or other controversial topics and are likely to create offence, including topics prone to big argument, or provoking strong negative reaction/association, or promoting national/ethnic/religious hatred.
That negatively portrays the projects staff, or administration.
Which in any other manner violates the Game Rules or local laws, either implicitly or explicitly (This also contains links to websites containing the above).
If names (player or guild), profile picture within the game violate these rules the offending account may be changed and/or the accounts may be sanctioned or suspended. Moreover, the administration reserves the right to delete, update or modify any names (player, guilds) and avatar images which are considered inappropriate within the game environment.

17. Errors/bugs
If ressources are sent by error to the wrong player the system has the right to get back the ressources even if it brings the account to negative.
